There is one area of this hotel that falls short. The safety measures in the pool area and the zoo raise concerns, as the lifeguards are not properly trained and the animals' habitat is not as safe as one might expect.

As a tourist, I loved the upgraded chalet with its spacious lounge, kitchenette, and large bedroom. The highlight was the terrace overlooking the giraffe/zebra enclosure. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the resort had great facilities.

I recently stayed at Emirates Park Resort for a few days with my family. The hotel is uniquely situated inside a zoo, giving us a one-of-a-kind experience. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and even upgraded our room to a chalet at no extra cost. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with lovely decor. We enjoyed complimentary daily zoo entry and discounted animal shows. The highlight was being able to have breakfast and evening meals while watching the animals, including feeding the hippos and elephants.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is also great, as it's not far from Dubai and very near to Yas Mall. It's easy to reach and has all the required facilities inside the zoo. The staff are friendly and provide good service.

My family had a great time at this hotel. The kids loved being able to hand feed the animals at the zoo. Despite the small pool and slippery walkways, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend a visit to this unique and fun destination.

We had a great time staying at this hotel surrounded by nature. The location inside the zoo allowed us to enjoy wild animals feeding and beautiful green areas. We were impressed with the room amenities that provided us with enhanced comfort, including a mini-bar and air conditioning. The staff, from the bell boy to the receptionist, were helpful and made quick special arrangements for vegetarians like us. We enjoyed the leisure spa & wellness center with its various body treatments and the entertainment room with TVs, toys, and games for children.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel that offers quality services and a wide range of amenities.

We recently stayed at the Emirates Park Resort for a fun-filled family staycation. The staff was incredibly helpful and even accommodated our request for a late checkout. We loved our ground level room opposite the pool as it gave us easy access to the swimming pools and outdoor sitting area. The room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. The view of the giraffe enclosure from the outdoor seating was lovely. The resort also offered a wide range of animals and activities, which made our stay exciting for both kids and adults. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary fruits in our room after check-in.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Had a great time over thanksgiving break! Loved that we got two complimentary tickets to the animal park which was a huge hit with the kids. The location was perfect - right in the middle of all the action and close to restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed having a swimming pool right at the hotel which was a great way to cool off from the heat.

The service at the hotel could be improved. We had to repeatedly request towels and other amenities for our room which was a bit frustrating.
