the staff at hohenstauffen were incredibly helpful and the secure parking for our bikes was a huge plus. the hotel's atmosphere was lovely, and the spacious room and bathroom were a delight. the location was convenient for exploring mirabell palace and other attractions on foot. overall, a positive experience.

Location near the train station wasn't ideal and required a bit of walking to get to central salzburg.

the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, each with its own unique design. the staff at this hotel, owned by the Reichl family and managed by Linda and her children Andreas & Sara, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transport. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Salzburg!

I recently stayed at Hohenstauffen for four nights on a leisure trip. The hotel's boutique-style interior exudes love and inspiration. The polite and helpful staff provided the best customer experience I've had in a long time. My room was clean, cozy, and just the right temperature. The breakfast offered a great selection of continental dishes and excellent coffee. The convenient location, only 230 meters from the main railroad station, made exploring the city a breeze. Highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the price was more than reasonable for what we got. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - from the beautiful old-style rooms with access to a garden, to the comfortable beds and seating areas. Lastly, the breakfast was a delight, with strong coffee and a variety of options to choose from.

All aspects of our stay were ok, nothing to complain about.

Our stay at Hotel Hohenstauffen was perfect for our sightseeing outings in Salzburg. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and a pleasant 15-minute walk to the Old Town. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The friendly owner and helpful receptionist Linda provided great suggestions for things to do in Salzburg. The double room we were given had double doors, effectively blocking out noise from the corridor, and the windows blocked street noise. The spacious bathroom was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the nearby low-price restaurant.
