The staff were welcoming and attentive. The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and large en-suite. The bar and restaurant had great food and fantastic staff. a wonderful experience. We will definitely return.

The room was beautiful and spacious with great facilities and an amazing view from the balcony overlooking the square. It was lovely hearing the vibrant outdoor atmosphere from the balcony. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious out on the terrace with a special thank you to the lady that served us both mornings, whose enthusiasm made a lovely start to the day. Check-in/out was efficient and we were able to store our luggage and return later to change before our late flight home. All in all, we have wonderful memories of our stay and will definitely return. The suite upgrade was a lovely surprise and the décor throughout was stunning. The tiled shower and Molton Brown bath products added a touch of luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were just right. We enjoyed a peaceful and quiet atmosphere on the terrace and loved having breakfast at the café each morning. The chicken salad we had for dinner was delicious. The staff, especially Melanie and Natalie, were warm and friendly, providing excellent service. The location of the hotel in the old town was perfect for exploring Palma.

Wow! This private hotel is absolutely fantastic. It has everything a tourist could ask for - a beautiful decor throughout, a peaceful and quiet terrace, an excellent roof pool for sunbathing, and outstanding bar service and dining. The staff is exceptional, always friendly and professional. The rooms are amazing, with comfortable beds and high-quality linen. The hotel is also perfectly located in the middle of the old quarter.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant stay at a centrally located hotel in Palma de Mallorca. the hotel offered a warm welcome and complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. the location of the hotel was key, as it was situated near many trendy restaurants and shops, making it convenient for me to explore during my free time. Additionally, the hotel room was clean and well, maintained, with high, quality amenities and comfortable furnishings.

There were a few aspects that I did not particularly enjoy during my stay. One of the downsides was the lack of natural light in some of the rooms, which made them feel a bit dark and closed, off.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. We were impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Veronica; she was so professional and helpful that other hotels should use her as a model for how to provide excellent customer service.

During our romantic escape, we loved the charming and comfortable room. It was spacious and impeccably clean, creating a cozy atmosphere for us. the unique decoration, with maps displayed on the walls and stylish furniture, added to the overall charm. the view from our window was also a delight, offering a great outlook. Additionally, the hotel's location on a peaceful square was perfect for us, providing easy access to the surrounding areas and major attractions.

On the downside, we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast options. the menu remained the same every day, leaving us with limited choices.
