Great family holiday location next to the city center, modern building with spacious 2-bedroom apartments and a fantastic swimming pool. Exceptional customer service and prompt response to requests by friendly staff. Complimentary drinks on arrival and welcome fruit plate in the rooms. Adequate water supply and comfortable beds. a fantastic stay.

During my stay, I was impressed with the elegant rooms and excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to various destinations such as Dubai Mall and the Mall of the Emirates. However, it was in a developing area far from famous landmarks. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the rooms were clean and spacious with excellent bathroom facilities. Furthermore, the facilities such as the pharmacy in the hotel and the free shuttle service were a great advantage. The only negative aspect was the lack of smoking rooms and a balcony in the hotel.

As longer term business travellers, we were impressed with the exceptional customer service and treatment we received from the staff. They were polite, humble, and went above and beyond our expectations. The reception staff, Mr. Alaxender and Ms. Thanuja, were particularly helpful and welcoming. Chef Mr. Suresh at the fusion restaurant delighted us with his Sri Lanka style menu, while the seafood chef at the cooking area also provided a wonderful dining experience. Restaurant manager Mr. Francis took great care of us with his pleasing personality. We cannot forget to mention the excellent service provided by Mr. Sampath at the Red Diamond restaurant and Mr. Krishtie and Mr. Jagdish at the spa. All in all, the staff at Ghaya Hotel made us feel like valued guests and provided exceptional service.

the valet parking service was really convenient, making it easy for me to arrive and leave. the hotel staff were extremely friendly, providing a warm and comprehensive welcome. the rooms were clean and spacious, with beautiful decoration and a great sound system. the hotel had everything I needed, including multiple restaurants, a pharmacy, gift shop, and even a hair salon. the breakfast was delicious and the hotel offered free shuttle buses to various places, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were always friendly and helpful, making me feel valued as their guest. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel with wonderful complementary chocolates and wine waiting for us in our room. the location was perfect for exploring the city and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed the lovely view from our room.

The breakfast was a bit expensive for what it offered, and there was no vegan option available. the Wi-Fi was slow, making it difficult to use our devices.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and we had a great time. I was impressed by the amazing value for money. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs - they were always able to offer us a hand. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with excellent facilities, and the breakfast offered a variety of foods to choose from - my children loved it.

Great hotel experience with fantastic guest relations team who went above and beyond to make my birthday special with a surprise cake in the room. Free shuttle buses and excellent yoga classes in a well-equipped gym. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was in a developing area away from all the famous landmarks, which made it quiet and peaceful. The service was top-notch with room service, car hire, and laundry available 24/7. We also appreciated the free shuttle service that took us to nearby malls and the happy hour in the evening was a nice touch. The room was fantastic with great amenities including a soundproof atmosphere, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV, while the dining restaurant was superb and offered a range of tasty meals. Lastly, the spa and wellness center was perfect for those who want to unwind and de-stress, with a range of massages, saunas, and beauty treatments.

We recently had a luxurious stay at this hotel and it was a remarkable experience. the exclusive amenities, entertainment facilities, and delicious cuisine made it a perfect vacation. the staff provided exceptional service, catering to our every need. the spa is well-equipped with a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi, where we enjoyed full body massages, facials and beauty treatments.

We found one minor issue with the location of the pool as it was mostly in shadow which meant it got quite chilly, making it less desirable to spend time at during cooler months. Despite that, the hotel provides shuttle buses to all nearby beaches, which is an excellent option to have for beach access if needed.
