We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ruby Lucy! The central location near Waterloo station was very convenient. The bedroom had everything we needed and the design was spot on. The level of soundproofing exceeded our expectations. The warm welcome from the staff and their expert mixing skills made the Lucy's specials to die for! The quirky reception and bar area with a carousel theme added to the boutique vibes. The crisp white room with air conditioning and a comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The numerous eating and drinking choices on the same street were a bonus. a great find!

It was great, located on a nice road with a street market and it was really easy to get to Westminster Bridge and the South Bank, as well as being near to the Tube for easy access to shops, museums, and theaters. The area itself was lovely, with fantastic street food options. The service was excellent, with room service, housekeeping, and even a welcome drink. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, a sitting area, and soundproofed rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, even providing us with an extra blanket. They even held our luggage after checkout until we returned that evening. The facilities were great too, with free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a 24-hour reception, and a bar/lounge area.

I recently spent my Thanksgiving holiday in a hotel that totally exceeded my expectations. the hotel smelled amazing, the interior decor was stunning and vintage style lounges provided a super chill and relaxing vibe. One of my favorite aspects about this hotel was the rooftop terrace, which offered some stunning views of the city and provided a great spot for lounging. the room was clean, all-white, with elegant vintage decor mixed with modern style, including a super comfortable bed, all the while being very spacious.

Despite the beautiful decor, there were a few downsides such as the cocktail drinks not being up to standard and the pillows being too firm. the hotel’s location was spot on, with easy access to the train station, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient.
