We had an amazing stay at the lovely hotel. From the spacious premier mountain view room to the delicious omelettes at breakfast, everything was perfect. the restaurant offered a fantastic half board dining experience with a great selection on the menu. the staff were warm and friendly, treating us like family. the hotel grounds were beautiful, with plenty of activities and a fabulous swimming pool. We highly recommend Ja Hatta Fort for a memorable stay.

Staff provides excellent service, showing proactivity in making guests' stays an enjoyable experience. A short drive from Dubai offers the perfect get-away into the mountains. Many amenities such as biking and animal watching make for a great family-friendly stay.

The scenery of the mountains is beautiful, and the grounds of the hotel are stunning. The separate children and adult pools are a great feature. We loved the complimentary activities like the driving range, crazy golf, and archery. There are also plenty of family-oriented activities, most of which are free. The room was spacious and lovely, and we appreciated the personalized card and fruit bowl from the management. The food in both restaurants was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Check-in experience was excellent and staff were attentive, remembering our names. A La Carte menu had entertaining options, and the food was good. Kids pool and play area catered to different ages and felt safe. Beds were comfortable and the turn down service was a nice touch. Breakfast had a good selection and the rooms were spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

It was a great weekend getaway from the city. the hotel offered complimentary activities like mini-golf and pool entertainment room, which were a hit for both kids and adults. the location was perfect for outdoor enthusiasts as it provided easy access to nearby natural attractions. the continental breakfast was a good way to start a day of activities.

We discovered a hidden green paradise at Ja Hatta Fort Hotel. The breakfast spread was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of food in one picnic basket for Queens Picking. Room was spacious and clean. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to hiking trails and other outdoor activities. We also enjoyed the delicious food at breakfast and dinner.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the beautiful mountain views from my room and the stunning view points on the hotel property. It was a perfect way to start my day watching the sunrise with a cup of tea. the presence of deers and peacocks on the property added a unique touch to the overall experience. It was delightful to see these animals up close and capture some amazing pictures.

The cleaning of the room could have been better as there were some dead insects on the floor and even a lizard roaming around. It was not the most pleasant sight.
