As adults, we loved the convenience of the nearby market and stores, as well as the close proximity to Al Rigga Metro station. The staff was very cooperative and the rooms were clean and renovated, giving them a fresh look. We appreciated the private car park and the baggage storage options after checkout. The front-desk staff, especially Mr Adam, was helpful in guiding us and meeting our needs.

Throughout our stay, we felt quite safe and comfortable, and the staff was always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

Some guests throw cigarette stumps in the lift and in front of it, despite it being a non-smoking hotel. Some people eat with their hands and touch everything with food on their hands, which is not very hygienic.

The hotel's location near Al Rigga was perfect, just 2 minutes away from the metro. The rooms and toilets were impeccably clean. The hotel is at a great location in Al Rigga area, near the metro station and a market place. The rooms are spacious with basic amenities like coffee/tea/hot chocolate and bottled water. The staff is courteous, helpful and pays great attention to detail. The rates are very reasonable for the services provided.

The facilities were top-notch, with an amazing swimming pool and a club that was perfect for people like us who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff, especially Bassant at reception, were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options, and the chef, Rauf, was always attentive. it was a great experience and I will definitely be returning to this hotel again.

The hotel staff was amazing and made our Thanksgiving stay unforgettable! the receptionist upgraded our room to a newly renovated one and even escorted us to it. On arrival, we were greeted with a delicious fruit platter. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we appreciated the helpful suggestions from the staff on where to go.
