Air conditioning was woefully inadequate during the heat!!! Slow elevator service made waiting tedious at times. Some rooms suffer from obstructed views thanks to neighboring buildings!!! Cleanliness issues in bathrooms need addressing!!!

We had an early arrival at 8 am and the staff was super helpful, stored our luggage and even offered us complimentary breakfast while we waited! The rooftop restaurant was amazing, the view of the Parthenon lit up at night was something I can't forget, and the food was spot on, especially the sea bass.
