The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern furniture. the staff was friendly and helpful, giving detailed advice on what to do in the city. the location was great, with easy access to Istiklal Street and Taksim Square.

The organization of a taxi to the airport led to a terrible experience, as the car was dirty and the driver fell asleep at the wheel. This jeopardized our safety and was unacceptable.

The hotel had a great location, close to Taksim. The views from the corner room were amazing. The photos on the website were accurate and the room was just as beautiful. The staff was helpful and the spa area was stunning, with a jacuzzi, hamam, and sauna.

There was a huge construction area in front of the hotel, which caused a lot of noise from early morning until late at night. The bathtub in the room was not working properly.

We were warmly welcomed and given an early check-in. the staff was extremely helpful, providing great tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat. the breakfast with a view of the Bosphorus was truly enjoyable. the location of the hotel in the heart of Taksim and close to the metro station was very convenient.

It would have been nice to have small toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. Language barrier during breakfast was a little frustrating when trying to order the correct drinks.

Design Hotels did a great job with this hotel. The room was small but nicely decorated, and the bathroom was spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of drinking water every day. The location is excellent, very close to Taksim Square and Istaklal Street. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, arranging airport transport and providing efficient check-in. The views of the Bosphorus from the corner room were stunning. Despite a few minor issues like the lack of ironing arrangements in the room and the extra charge for specialty coffees at breakfast, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its value, cleanliness, and convenient location. a pleasant stay.

The room was immaculate and the housekeeping service was exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to Taksim and Istiklal but in a peaceful area. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

The breakfast could have more variety. the rooms are quite small and the air conditioning wasn't working well initially, although the staff fixed the issue after a few hours.

I recently stayed at the Gezi Hotel Bosphorus, Istanbul for a short trip. The location was perfect, right next to a park near Taksim Square. The room design was beautiful, and I loved the convenient "do not disturb" button near the bed. a great experience!

The hotel is located just across a busy square with many restaurants and shops. It is very convenient that a Metro station is nearby, making it easy to reach the various ferry points. Besides, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast spread is varied and delicious. The hotel staff is attentive, friendly, and always smiling, making the guests feel valued. They also provide plenty of facilities that make the stay more enjoyable.

The hotel's prices seem to be quite high and not affordable for some guests, which might not work for budget travelers.

My sister and I stayed at Gezi Hotel for 4 days and it was not enough to fully explore Istanbul! The hotel's location was great, with easy access to Taksim Square and public transportation. The view of the Bosphorus from our room was absolutely amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Hassan at the front office. The spa was fantastic and I highly recommend getting a massage there. The rooms were cleaned daily and had a coffee machine, adding a nice touch to our stay. We were even greeted with a refreshing cocktail upon arrival. a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!
