The spacious rooms were clean and nicely decorated. It was great to have a supermarket and other shops connected to the hotel for convenience. The ice skating rink was a fun bonus! Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency.

It is also conveniently located near all the malls, allowing guests to explore the shopping options in the area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-equipped kitchen areas. The staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, ensuring a satisfying meal for guests.

One downside is that some constructions were taking place around the hotel during our stay, but it did not cause any disturbance.

During our Christmas stay, we received two complimentary surprises that added joy to our experience. The location was also convenient as it was close to several attractions and easily accessible. we enjoyed the stunning views from our spacious room.

They were not helpful or accommodating. We also found it inconvenient having to go to a separate location for access to facilities such as the pool and gym.

My family and I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency for three nights. We were delighted with our spacious 2-bedroom premium room, complete with walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The view of the sea and city from our mid-high corner apartment was truly breathtaking. The early check-in and complimentary wifi for four devices were much appreciated. The decor, though slightly dated, was well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped. the space and amenities made us feel right at home.

The staff provided excellent service, with 24-hour room service, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping. We loved that there were shops and commercial services on campus, as well as a leisure spa and wellness center with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and soundproofed rooms. We also enjoyed the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area, as well as the buffet breakfast and dinner options.
