We recently celebrated a special occasion at this hotel and it was the perfect location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an accessible room for my elderly parents. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The food was excellent and the private dining area added a special touch. We had a lovely two night stay at Hogarths Stone Manor. The room was comfortable and clean, and the ensuite bathroom was great. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the room was lovely. I especially enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom. The hotel had a beautiful setting, and I can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy the view from the dining room. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax throughout the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We also took advantage of the hotel's convenient location and visited the nearby West Midlands Safari Park. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. the hotel provided excellent facilities and advantages for our event and stay.

The check-out process could use some improvement. It took longer than expected, and there seemed to be a lack of staff available to handle the volume of guests leaving at the same time.

The comfort and quality of the hotel were top-notch, with a clean and spacious room and a luxurious bathroom. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, even fixing the central heating in my room. the range of dining options was impressive, from light snacks to a full dinner service, and the breakfast included a delicious continental spread. I especially enjoyed being served hot toast at the table.

Some of the younger staff could benefit from additional training in hospitality. There were a few instances where their service fell short of expectations.

We spent Easter at a hotel near Kidderminster, the hotel had great facilities, including a restaurant and bar area. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect as it was surrounded by beautiful nature and it was close to the city centre by car. One of the best aspects was that the hotel had a well-equipped gym, which we made use of every morning.

Our experience was dampened by the poor quality of the food in the restaurant. the food was overpriced and not appetising.
