The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms had deep soaker tubs which were a nice touch. the pool and hot tub were well-maintained and had the right amount of chlorine, unlike other hotels I've been to where the chlorine was overpowering and even bleached bathing suits.

The lack of a welcome binder was a bit of an inconvenience, as I had to go online to find information about local restaurants and the hotel's menu. It would be helpful if they had mentioned this during check-in so that we could have requested a room with a better view.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-decorated room at Best Western. It exceeded my expectations in terms of size and decor. The hotel also offered a late check-out, which was convenient for my wife who wanted to enjoy the fitness center while I attended a meeting. The food at the restaurant was great, although there could have been more servers during wing night. I had a positive experience during my stay.

Kudos to the Arden Park Hotel and all the staff involved.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, I was very impressed. The location is great, just outside of downtown in a designated pet area. The service was excellent, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The staff went out of their way to assist us in any way they could. The room itself had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a microwave. We even had a fridge in our room, which was a nice surprise. I had a great experience.

In terms of things that could be improved, I would say that the staff could benefit from some additional training on customer service. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

From the excellent Sunday brunch to the tasty meals at Romeo Cafe and Swiss Chalet, there was something for every palate. The Swiss Chalet even accommodated food allergies, which was a huge bonus. Additionally, the restaurant in the Arden treated us to a stunning meringue dessert with fresh fruit and cream that was simply divine. The convenience of having such great dining options in the hotel saved us the hassle of searching for places to eat.

Throughout our stay at Best Western Plus The Arden Park Hotel, the staff made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they always wore welcoming smiles.
