The settings were delightful, with attentive staff showing a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction, making the stay memorable. The proximity to an expansive mall granted easy access to shopping and dining.

The pool was such a relaxing escape. We loved the amazing view from our suite on the 17th floor. Special shout-out to the kids club staff for keeping my son entertained! Definitely enjoyed the hotel's direct connection to the mall—such a plus!

Felt like home care, no reason to complain.

the intercontinental has an ideal central location, just a short drive to major attractions. We loved our classic double room. it was spacious and well-furnished. the kids club, planet trekkers, was amazing, with incredibly engaging staff who looked after our daughter wonderfully. they provided so many fun activities, making her stay a blast.

the only downside was the restaurant experience, which could use better organization at peak times.

the dinner options were somewhat limited. I was surprised when they suddenly started charging for soft drinks, which was a change mid-stay. The rooms were spacious, and it’s a bonus that there’s a mall right next door.

my stay was fantastic because the hotel connects directly to the Festival City Mall where I could shop and dine to my heart's content, and I loved the easy stroll to the beautiful Creek Park just less than 3 km away which provided lovely vistas and a great escape from the city buzz.

the elevators were slow,, but the breakfast had a great variety of options. the room was clean, with a nice view. enjoyed the late check-out at 14:00, and being connected to the mall is a bonus!

The breakfast buffet impressed with a wide variety of delectable dishes, including a standout homemade soup that was both comforting and flavorful. The spacious room was elegantly furnished, and the staff's attentive service made all the difference in my stay. However, I encountered issues with the pool renovations which lowered its accessibility, and a mix-up during checkout added unnecessary stress. Despite these hiccups, the overall ambiance and direct access to a nearby mall enhanced my experience significantly.

The hotel really exceeded my expectations. I was upgraded to a stunning creek view room right on arrival, and the staff were incredibly attentive, especially at this restaurant where the breakfast was solid with a mix of international cuisines and the service impeccable, thanks to Bonny and Danilo. Their attentiveness really made my mornings enjoyable.

It wasn’t exactly affordable, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

Great valet parking and luggage storage, but breakfast was poorly organized and lacking variety.

Though the bed in my Club suite was an unusual setup with just a mattress topper, the spacious layout and welcoming staff more than made up for it. The evening light show outside was a delightful bonus, and the convenience of the attached mall was a nice touch.
