My recent stay at Intercontinental was fantastic. I stayed for a week for business and leisure purposes. The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff provided top-notch customer service. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location near the airport was convenient, and having a large shopping mall downstairs was a bonus. The waterfront view and the stunning fountain were definitely a highlight. The hotel also had a great spa and a variety of delicious breakfast options. a great experience!

The room amenities were fantastic; I had free Wi-Fi in the rooms and soundproofed rooms. The dining options were exceptional with staff that catered to your preferences. The leisure spa and wellness centre with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were perfect for a relaxing time.

This place is highly recommended for a family stay with an amazing pool, children's pool, kids club, and children's buffet; it's a great escape for everyone looking for an enjoyable time.

I recently spent my Thanksgiving holiday at a hotel and had a fantastic time. the hotel's location was perfect as it was located near a large shopping district and had easy access to public transportation. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea. the hotel had a beautiful pool area with ample seating for guests to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

One issue I encountered during my stay was the limited selection of food at the hotel's restaurant. While the food was delicious, it would have been nice to have more options available.

the staff, particularly Ryan from the 26th floor, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms with a view of Burj Khalifa were fantastic. the hotel had great amenities such as restaurants, a swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, and a large shopping center. my experience at the Intercontinental Dubai Festival City was impressive. the room had everything I needed, although it was a bit small. the bathroom, on the other hand, was huge and excellent. the hotel's connection to the nearby Festival City Mall was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. the location was also near the airport, making it a great choice for business travelers.

This hotel is attached to a mall and has a great location near the festival city promenade with amazing views of the fountains. The rooms have clear windows with stunning views of Burj Khalifa and large well-equipped bathrooms. Moreover, the breakfast is included in the much lower rates and has multiple options to choose from.

This hotel provided luxurious and exclusive amenities that were truly impressive. the spa and wellness center were highlights, offering a fantastic massage experience with helpful staff. the infinity pool and sun terrace were also wonderful features, providing great relaxation with stunning views. the location was ideal, situated close to various entertainment options and the local beach.

this was quickly rectified when I mentioned it to the staff and they were able to improve their service.

The room was spacious and elegant. The complimentary cake and the restaurant team made us feel special during the celebration of our kid's birthday.

Excellent location next to Festival City Mall. Fantastic outdoor pool. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff and even offered babysitting services.
