We encountered a fly problem during our stay. Despite requesting a room change, we still found flies in our new room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was clean and comfy, and the shower had great pressure. Everything looked new and was very clean. The hotel was not very busy during our visit, so it was nice and quiet. The location was perfect for us as it was close to downtown and there were plenty of shops and eateries nearby. We especially loved the great Mexican restaurant right next door.

Outstanding server at breakfast. Reasonable check out time. Late check out without issues. Clean and easy to find with easy parking. Friendly staff who genuinely enjoyed working there. Perfect stay during a stressful time.

Nothing it is perfect

The lobby offers refreshing mint and fruit water, along with cookies. The front desk staff, especially Gina, is helpful and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and the price is reasonable. The breakfast area has attentive staff and a courteous chef. a great experience with a clean hotel.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the rooms and common areas. The complimentary breakfast, particularly the delicious cinnamon rolls and breakfast potatoes, was a great start to our day. We appreciated the added security of needing a key card to access the swimming area and whirlpool. The hotel staff, especially at breakfast, were friendly and attentive. We also loved the convenient location for visiting Fallingwater House. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
