The Christmas lights and decorations were stunning! We were delighted with the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies waiting for us in the lobby upon arrival. The close proximity to shopping and restaurants was a major plus. We also loved being able to use the hotel's shuttle service for free.

Sadly, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in providing great service. Our room was not ready upon arrival and we were made to wait for two hours.

Loved the pool area, great butlers, sundowners were a treat, fun abra and buggy rides, well-cared for by amazing team.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel are truly luxurious, with a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Indoor swimming pool just a few of the highlights. My full body massage was exceptional, and the beauty treatments left me feeling pampered and spoilt. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are perfect for soaking up the sun, while the beach access adds an extra level of relaxation to your stay.

While the service was generally of a high standard, I did experience some miscommunication when it came to restaurant recommendations. However, this was a minor issue that didn't detract from an otherwise wonderful experience.

Returning Jumeirah guests, we had an exceptional and memorable stay at Jumeirah Al Masyaf. The staff was warm and welcoming, providing personalized attention that made us feel at home. Our villa was elegantly decorated with plush furnishings and modern amenities, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The mesmerizing view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and provide exceptional service, particularly during breakfast and dinner. The culinary offerings were a gastronomic delight, with a range of restaurants catering to every palate.

I gotta say, the value we got for our money at Jumeirah was totally worth it. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. And the location, right on Jumeirah Beach, was absolutely amazing. Plus, the staff at Jumeirah really made our stay perfect. Huge shoutout to Maria, Sally, and Lucky for going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Can't wait to go back!
