I recently stayed at the Intercontinental in Abu Dhabi for a business trip. The hotel exceeded all my expectations with its excellent food, stunning views from the restaurant, and a pleasant outdoor dining area. The hotel beach and pool were also very clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast options were absolutely delicious. The private beach offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views of iconic buildings like the Etihad Towers. The Belgian Pub was a standout with its lively atmosphere and superb service. a truly beautiful hotel with great amenities.

I recently stayed at the Intercontinental hotel for a 4-day birthday staycation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Solomon and Rejb at the main entrance. The breakfast selection was good and the restaurants, particularly the Belgian cafe, were amazing. The amenities were good, although I would suggest extending the pool timings. The new Residence building was stunning, with beautiful rooms and design. The reception staff, particularly Melanie, Dan, and Mica, were always helpful and the kitchen staff.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel!

During my recent business trip, I was impressed with the excellent service provided by the staff at the hotel. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any requests. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location near the city center and business district made it easy for me to commute to my meetings without any hassle. Moreover, the hotel had a well-maintained fitness center, which allowed me to continue my workout routine during my stay.

There were a few aspects that I did not appreciate during my stay. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was not up to par.

The service at this hotel was excellent! the staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food options, and we loved starting our day with a satisfying meal. the rooms were clean and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, like the private beach, added an extra level of relaxation and convenience to our holiday.

The hotel also didn't have the connecting rooms we had requested and couldn't provide extra beds for our kids. Additionally, when we asked for assistance with the TV channels, we were told that it would be taken care of the next day, which was quite frustrating.

We stayed in a club room and enjoyed the included breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks. The staff in the club lounge were extremely pleasant and helpful. The Bayshore Beach club was a highlight, with a beautiful beach, pool, and gym. The hotel itself also has a pool and gym. The range of restaurants around the marina was fantastic, especially the Belgian Bar with its delicious mussels. Despite some restrictions during Ramadan, it didn't impact our enjoyment. We had a fab few days and would definitely return.

The location was perfect, with a beautiful sandy beach just a few moments away from the hotel. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spectacular pool and several outstanding restaurants. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.
