They genuinely cared about their guests and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms were always clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of freshly prepared dishes. The hotel also provided free snacks and refreshments throughout the day, which was a lovely touch. Furthermore, the location was convenient, within walking distance to the train station and close to main streets with restaurants, convenience stores, and bars.

I had a great experience during my New Year stay at this hotel. the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the hotel's location was very convenient, with several nearby train stations and local eateries within walking distance. Lastly, I really enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea provided by the hotel, which was a nice touch.

One thing I disliked about the hotel was the limited number of electric sockets in the guest room. There was only one socket, and it was inconveniently located in the bathroom.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complementary upgrade for booking direct, rather than through a travel site. We loved the very bright and spacious rooms with large windows, perfect for enjoying the city view. The modern design of the hotel was a plus, giving it a sleek and stylish atmosphere. Being vegetarians, we appreciated the very good local-style breakfast that had a variety of options for us to choose from. The hotel's location close to many restaurants and the metro station made it convenient for us to explore different dining options. The free minibar with water and soft drinks was a thoughtful touch that added to our overall pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful experience at Ambience Hotel. the room was spacious and clean, with bright and white décor that gave a refreshing and clean feeling. the bathrooms were also well-maintained. the staff at the hotel were kind, courteous, and efficient. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the breakfast offered a good variety, although it would have been even better with more vegetarian options. This was my third stay at the hotel in four years, and I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
