the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the hotel provided bath robes, toothbrushes, and slippers, which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised by the lovely anniversary surprise in our room, with balloons, towel art, and petals on the floor. the staff went above and beyond to make our celebration special, and we were even welcomed back with a delicious cake. the value for the price was excellent, and we will definitely return when we have business in the UAE.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, next to a mall and close to the main public beach off the Corniche in downtown Abu Dhabi. The rooms are spacious and clean, with luxurious and clean bathrooms. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and professional receptionists and waiters/waitresses. The breakfast buffet at the Kuzbara restaurant is flavorful and the staff there, including Mr. Ross, are attentive and helpful. The hotel also offers a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

One downside is that the family suite advertised as having two rooms turned out to be two adjacent rooms with a common door, instead of separate rooms with individual entrances.

We enjoyed the free breakfast and the complementary drinks at the rooftop bar during our romantic escape. the location was perfect as we were able to walk to all the nearby attractions. Another advantage of this place was the outdoor pool that gave us the opportunity to soak up the sun and relax.

The hotel seemed a bit dated, and the windows in our room were not clean which was a bit disappointing. the staff was friendly, but the overall appearance of the hotel was not as polished as we had hoped for.

My room had an issue with the shower head, but the staff was quick to resolve it. The breakfast spread was impressive, and I loved the freshly baked bread. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Luxurious amenities fulfilled , I had a sensational stay here. the lavish amenities are exclusive and the service was impeccable. the fitness center, including the spa lounge and outdoor heated swimming pool, provides a relaxing retreat. the in, room breakfast, followed by treatments such as body wraps and massages in the private facilities, made my stay memorable. This venue offers entertainment, delicious dinner and lunch options, and a buffet breakfast to fuel the day, all with an amazing location advantage. Cons: Minor issue , My only qualm was the absence of a night club or bar/lounge area. Despite this, the poolside snack bar, with a selection of espresso machine drinks, offered a lovely alternative.
