We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the exterior may seem a bit old, but once you step inside, it's absolutely amazing. From the great services to the various activities for both kids and adults, Mercure really knows how to make their guests feel welcome. the price of the hotel was reasonable and we found the room to be comfortable. the breakfast selection was excellent and the pool with its slides and grassy area was a hit with the kids.

During my Xmas stay, I was impressed with the great complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi service, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the hotel's prime location, which offered breath-taking views of the mountains and easy access to major attractions. the spacious rooms were another advantage that allowed me to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

The noise from the other guests was sometimes too much, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the lunch and dinner options were limited, especially for vegetarian guests.

The location was dope, with stunning views from everywhere. We had a blast at the three swimming pools and water slides, and the mini-golf and kids' playground were lit. The terrace and shopping onsite added to the cool vibe of the place.

You won't regret staying at this hotel! the location is breathtaking as it's situated atop Jebel Hafeet mountains. The room we stayed in had two beds instead of a single queen-bed, making it perfect for friends or family. We also had a great shower! Finally, breakfast was included which was a big plus!

The location of the hotel and the views were excellent. It was situated outside the city, in a prime birding area, which was perfect for our activities. Despite being a bit pricey, overall, it was a pleasant and clean hotel. the staff at the concierge desk were very helpful and professional.
