A Relaxing Mountain Escape with Room for Improvement

Our stay was enjoyable, with stunning views and lots of family activities available. The buffet breakfast was delicious, but we faced challenges with late room service and transportation. it's essential to arrange taxis ahead of time. Overall, a great getaway, just be ready for some hiccups.

Immersed in a myriad of activities, attentive staff, and breathtaking sunsets, you’ll find endless joy at this hotel! ! The pool facilities were fantastic, and the view was simply stunning!

The dining experience was quite lacking, with bland food options that felt overpriced. I recommend bringing your own meals. Some service aspects were frustratingly slow and could use a serious upgrade.

the coffee shop in the reception was never open, incredibly disappointing. also, I expected a complimentary upgrade or some fresh juice upon arrival, as any respected guest deserves, but no such luck. the buffet breakfast was underwhelming, with too much Indian cuisine, I nearly forgot I wasn't in India. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

oryx grand hotel jebel hafeet has an amazing location nearly at the top of the mountains, offering breathtaking views from our balcony. the breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. the cozy superior double room with a pool view provided a lovely nook for working. on top of that, the hotel features great recreational facilities like a spa and outdoor pool.

Had a lovely time with a fantastic view from the room and enjoyed the temperature-controlled pool along with some quality relaxation in the spa lounge. The breakfast spread was solid, but I found the dinner menu a bit on the pricey side. Overall, it was a great experience, just be prepared for higher food costs! 😊
