Surprised by birthday decorations. staff were friendly.

I enjoy the excellent location, just a short walk to the beach and the marina. The rooftop pool offers breathtaking views, and the staff is incredibly friendly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My room is spacious and kept impeccably clean, making my long-term stay very comfortable.

the breakfast buffet was absolutely chaotic, with strange food options like canned tuna. and where was my western channel? i expected at least one for my movie nights. oh, and no room upgrade for my inconvenience? how quaint. absolutely absurd, but i guess this is a 'regular' hotel experience. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Unfortunately, I faced some challenges during my stay. The pool area felt cramped and there was hardly any space to relax at peak times. Additionally, I found the dining hall small and dimly lit, which made breakfast a bit uncomfortable, as we sometimes had to wait for a table. At dinner, we requested the music volume to be lowered but were told it couldn't be adjusted, making the experience quite loud.

The welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made my stay feel extraordinary, especially the surprise birthday treat for my husband. The rooftop pool views were a highlight, perfect for relaxing after exploring the marina.

My stay was memorable for all the right reasons! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was a delicious surprise each morning. The hotel's clean, modern decor made it feel freshly invigorating. I truly enjoyed sipping coffee on the rooftop pool while soaking in panoramic views of the Marina.

pool area feels cramped with inadequate sun beds!!! No soundproofing in rooms with interconnecting doors allows noisy neighbors to disrupt sleep!!! Bathroom towels need updating!!!

The location was perfect, right next to the metro station! ! Super easy to catch the train to the Marina. Staff was super friendly, and the daily cleaning kept everything spotless. Loved the breakfast options too!

I had a brilliant stay here! My room was super clean and cozy, and I loved the huge balcony for some privacy. The breakfast was delightful, but the pool area felt a bit cramped. I'd totally come back!
