We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas maintained to a high standard. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and a luxurious spa. We also appreciated the convenience of the parking and the easy access to transportation, such as the nearby metro station. The location was great too, with plenty of shops to visit at the gold souk. One of the best highlights was the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff who provided excellent service.

We loved the attention to detail in the room with the Versace logo and the stylish furnishings. The location, atmosphere, and restaurants were all fantastic. The Iranian restaurant in particular served the most delicious kuboda we've ever had.

The hotel had a great pool area with comfortable lounge chairs and towels provided. the rooms were spacious and clean, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and mini fridge. the hotel is conveniently located near many popular attractions and is within walking distance to several restaurants and shops.

The service at the hotel was slow and inconsistent. It took a long time for our requests to be fulfilled, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized.

Spent Xmas at a luxury hotel in a prime location, close to major attractions and with easy access to transportation. the lobby was impressive with elegant décor and attentive staff. the pools, spa, and gym were outstanding, offering a range of facilities for relaxation and fitness. the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect.

There were some downsides to my experience. the rooms were not soundproof, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I stayed at Palazzo Versace for a week and it was an amazing experience. The interior design was superior and the staff were truly amazing. The bed linens were so luxurious, I've never felt more comfortable. The pool area was incredible and the breakfast staff were so nice and accommodating. The hotel truly made me feel special and I was sad to leave. I will definitely be returning to this superior hotel in the future.
