I had a delightful stay with exceptionally accommodating staff. The shuttle service was invaluable for getting to nearby events without stress. The warm cookies at check-in were a sweet touch. My room was clean and well-appointed, making it a comfortable retreat after long days. I'm already looking forward to a return visit!

Had a great time with friends. We enjoyed Riverside Golf Club and Bear Creek Golf Club, both just a short drive away. The hotel had nice amenities like an outdoor and indoor pool, which were perfect for relaxing after our activities. The staff was helpful, and the cookies at check-in were a nice touch. I recommend ensuring proper room readiness prior to arrival.

Elevator wait times were painfully long during busy hours!!! I faced noise disturbances from the hallways and adjoining rooms, which really disrupted my peace!!! Housekeeping service was inconsistent and required requests for maid service!!!

Checked in and got a lekker warm cookie straight away—such a sweet touch! The staff were super accommodating, and the shuttle made exploring a breeze. The room was sharp-sharp with comfy vibes after a long day at the game.

Just a heads up, brekkie isn't included. it’s a bit pricy for what it is!

The atmosphere was pleasant and quiet, making it easy to relax during the stay. The breakfast offerings were impressive, with spare ribs being a standout favorite among guests. However, there were significant issues with overbooking that caused major inconveniences. a couple was turned away after arriving for their check-in, which left them stranded. Additionally, a highly recommended car service turned out to be a scam, leading to a frustrating experience getting to and from events.

No issues, expectations met. The rooms have extremely comfortable beds and the staff provides shuttle service with a friendly demeanor.

i really enjoyed my stay at doubletree! the room was super clean and the beds were sooo comfy—like laying on a cloud for real. the staff was friendly, especially the shuttle driver who was really helpful with directions for getting to the airport quickly. i also loved the hidden mini fridge, it was a nice surprise. plus, the location is awesome for all the fun stuff in arlington!

I had a pleasant stay. the breakfast was delightful, but my room was missing cleaning service. I’d definitely consider coming back!
