I recently stayed at Park Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The management and staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, making my stay comfortable. The best part was the peaceful nights, as there was no disco or noise to bother me. The hotel also offered a free bus to Dubai Mall, and the metro station was just a 5-minute walk away. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel management remembered my birthday and even sent me a surprise birthday cake. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, convenient location, and thoughtful gestures.

One major drawback is that this hotel is out in the middle of nowhere. It is in the middle of an area surrounded by sandy vacant land. There are no shops, no fast food, no food at all around, no bars or cafes to eat at. If guests need food it is necessary to get the hotel shuttle to the train station and go by train to somewhere else. It is very isolated with nothing around it save for construction sites. And that is the second major drawback. There are seven high-rise construction sites within earshot of the hotel rooms with the closest less than fifty meters away. This is a very, very noisy hotel. These construction sites go 24 hours a day. All day and all through the nights. Cranes, concrete trucks, concrete pumps, bobcats, power tools, scaffolding being thrown around. There was even a pile driver going all night, like hitting an anvil with a hammer.

The location is great for exploring Dubai, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to malls and the airport, making transportation convenient. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and stylish decor. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a large refrigerator and washing machine. I had a fantastic stay and appreciate the consistent service and accommodations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were all very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. All the supplies were refreshed daily and the beds were so cozy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a good gym and a beautiful swimming pool with warm water and a lovely cave. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and near the metro, making it easy for us to go anywhere in this city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, particularly Karim and Cherry, always greeted us with a very warm welcome.

The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk to the efficient housekeeping team. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with amenities like a kitchenette and a TV. The hotel also offers great facilities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center. we were extremely satisfied with the service and quality of this place.

The hotel is quiet and there is no noise from other guests, except during breakfast. The staff and housekeeping were always friendly, helpful, and efficient. The gym is open 24/7 and the pool area is nice. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, with buses every 20 minutes, and it is only a 10-minute walk to the nearest Metro station. For those who prefer not to walk or use public transport, there is a good shuttle service and taxis in this city are very cheap compared to European cities.

The manager even arranged for a hotel driver to take me to the hospital when needed. the service, amenities, and value for money were outstanding.
