The value for money at Edge By Rotana Hotel was exceptional, with a spacious and well-equipped room. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The location was convenient for those with a car, with easy access to Dubai Mall and Festival City.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider selection of meats to choose from on the buffet.

I recently stayed at Park Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The management and staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, making my stay comfortable. The best part was the peaceful nights, as there was no disco or noise to bother me. The hotel also offered a free bus to Dubai Mall, and the metro station was just a 5-minute walk away. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel management remembered my birthday and even sent me a surprise birthday cake. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, convenient location, and thoughtful gestures.

One major drawback is that this hotel is out in the middle of nowhere. It is in the middle of an area surrounded by sandy vacant land. There are no shops, no fast food, no food at all around, no bars or cafes to eat at. If guests need food it is necessary to get the hotel shuttle to the train station and go by train to somewhere else. It is very isolated with nothing around it save for construction sites. And that is the second major drawback. There are seven high-rise construction sites within earshot of the hotel rooms with the closest less than fifty meters away. This is a very, very noisy hotel. These construction sites go 24 hours a day. All day and all through the nights. Cranes, concrete trucks, concrete pumps, bobcats, power tools, scaffolding being thrown around. There was even a pile driver going all night, like hitting an anvil with a hammer.

The hotel also offers a free shuttlebus service to the Al Jadaf metro station and various points in the city, which made getting around so convenient. The location is also ideal, being between the airport and the city, and close to the metro station. The value for money was exceptional.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were all very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was beautiful and very comfortable. All the supplies were refreshed daily and the beds were so cozy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a good gym and a beautiful swimming pool with warm water and a lovely cave. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood and near the metro, making it easy for us to go anywhere in this city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, particularly Karim and Cherry, always greeted us with a very warm welcome.

The service was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk to the efficient housekeeping team. There was one aspect of my stay that I disliked. the noise from the construction in progress nearby was audible at times, but thankfully the soundproofing of the windows was mostly effective.
