Travelling with my teens, the staff at Marcela went above and beyond to make them feel at home and have fun. The kitchen and bar staff were extraordinary, the receptionist was so helpful, and the spa staff made us feel pampered. Communicating through What's App was awesome for quick requests. The rooms were gorgeous with plenty of space, and the pools were cool and private. If you want a close, safe, and five-star experience, I highly recommend Marcela.

Mind-blowing staff! They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and have fun. The rooms were jaw-dropping with so much space and the pools were super cool. The location was perfect, close to the action but tucked away on the side of a mountain. The free wi-fi, outdoor and heated swimming pools, air conditioning, and sun loungers made our stay even more enjoyable. The resort also had a fitness centre, mini golf, and treatment rooms for massages and facials. The staff was so attentive and the room service was efficient. We loved the outdoor dining area and poolside snack bar. Can't wait to come back!

However, the views throughout the property are breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The pool area offers privacy and relaxation, and the bar service is excellent.
