We recently stayed at a hotel in Dubai and had a fantastic experience! the location was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. the rooms were cozy and thoughtfully designed with modern features and a great view from the high floor.

While we had a great stay overall, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. it would have been nice to have a smart TV in the room for some entertainment options.

The front desk team was very dedicated and professional, ensuring that we had a great stay. When our room wasn't ready upon arrival, they quickly upgraded us to a room with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

We loved the convenient location near the main road and Dubai Mall. The staff, including Christine, Roahamad , Zaheer, the Filipino guy in housekeeping, and Cristina from room service. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be coming back!

Guests can enjoy a short walk to nearby attractions, and a taxi ride to Dubai Mall is affordable. The rooms are cozy, modern, and clean, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The breakfast and lunch have a great variety of delicious options, and the staff are attentive and friendly. Additionally, the view from the rooms is magnificent and adds a great value to the stay.

One downside is that the swimming pool may not be adequate for those looking for a larger pool to swim in.

Supportive staff, exceptional concierge, friendly reception team, good room with a nice view. Swimming pool lifeguards were alert. Overall facilities were convenient and comfortable with strong WiFi.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of everything. You can easily walk to many popular tourist destinations. The room service is excellent and they offer a variety of amenities like car rental and airport shuttles. The rooms are beautiful, and I really appreciated the soundproofing. It was also great to have a mini-fridge and free Wi-Fi in the room.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I had a wonderful stay.

Annel from reception provided excellent assistance and ensured we got the best room. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and the room itself was fantastic. The cleanliness and quality of the rooms exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the nice breakfast offered at the hotel. Furthermore, Zaheer and Raju from the Bell desk were always available to help us with any location confusion we had. our experience at Park Regis Business Bay was excellent.

We were lucky to have a room with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast selection was impressive with a variety of healthy options. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the metro and bus station, making it easy to explore the city. we felt safe, happy, and well taken care of during our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable with stunning views of the iconic Burj Khalifa. The spacious bathroom and refreshing shower were a true delight. The restaurant served fantastic food, with a mouthwatering buffet spread featuring delicious juices, salads, desserts, and a main dish that surpassed many other restaurants. The modern atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall charm.

We felt right at home during our stay and had no reason to complain.
