As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the warm and professional service provided by Mr. Abd and Mr. William. The location was convenient, just minutes away from the mall and bus station. The staff was discreet and professional, ensuring our privacy and quiet stay. The hotel even prepared a special surprise for us upon arrival, making us feel valued and appreciated. the experience at Phoenix was awesome, and we will definitely come back.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located near a shopping mall, making it easy for us to go shopping. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large fridge. The internet was fast and reliable, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean. We found the service from the staff to be friendly and helpful.

The hotel had some issues with moisture and mold, causing clothes to take a long time to dry and causing allergies to flare up. The staff seemed unresponsive to concerns and were overly intrusive with frequent check-ins.

The location was perfect, with the Al Wahda shopping mall just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-equipped, with a kitchenette and washing machine, and the necessary toiletries were provided. The large bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen facilities were fantastic. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

Spent Christmas season in a hotel in Abu Dhabi. Staff was attentive and gave us a welcome glass of juice, plus a complimentary basket in our room with cookies and fruits. the hotel was located nearby the mall, a convenience for shopping sprees, and close to beautiful beaches. We especially enjoyed the pool area and sauna facilities, which were clean and well maintained.

The experience was ruined by the noise levels. the walls in the rooms were thin, as we could hear every footstep and conversation from the hallway.
