The hotel was nicely located, offering a great view from the high floor. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The lack of wifi was unexpected for a four-star hotel, and the room was not spacious enough. The kitchenette provided was useless as the housekeeping refused to provide bowls for boiling, claiming it was only for long-stay guests.

The hotel is great value for money, with amazing prices for a fantastic location that's just across the road from a metro station to the city centre. The service provided by the staff is excellent and the basic amenities are top-notch. The rooms offer fantastic views of the Sheik Zayed Road. The room on the 31st floor comes with a kitchen and has a fantastic view of Burj Al Khalifa.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady at the front desk who checked me in early and upgraded my room. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the kitchenette that allowed me to prepare my own meals. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation.

The noise from the street and the metro, especially if your room faced Sheikh Zayed Rd. It could get quite loud and disruptive, so I would recommend requesting a room facing away from the road or on a higher floor. the check-in process was slow unless you did online check-in, so I would recommend doing that to avoid any unnecessary delays.

The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was in good condition. The security guards were kind and helpful, especially in assisting me with finding taxis. The hotel also had a pool for kids, which my family enjoyed, and they also had a sauna and jacuzzi available. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying in the heart of the city was a great decision for Christmas. We enjoyed being close to all the activities and restaurants. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, especially the omelets and the fresh fruit. the hotel staff was accommodating and helped us find our way around town. The noise level on the street was unreasonable, it was difficult to sleep through the night. Unfortunately, the carpet in the room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor.

The room was so spacious and had a comfortable king-sized bed with a big screen TV. I loved the view of the Burj Khalifa from the 41st floor. The bathroom with a bathtub felt so luxurious! It was perfect for our family stay.

I found the dining glass table in the suite a bit small. But I think others might still find it cozy.
