The one service that I missed for my work was a faster and more reliable Wi-Fi connection.

The staff were super cool and always helped us out. Plus, the chill-out area and the pool were lit. We also loved that the hotel had a kids play area - like, so fun, even though we're big kids ourselves!

It would've been even more epic if there was a hip rooftop bar for some evening turn-up vibes. Just saying, it would've been the cherry on top for us party-loving teens!

The location was convenient, close to the subway and a shopping mall, and there were plenty of restaurants around. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, from the concierge to the pool staff to the kitchen staff. I also enjoyed the option of dimming the lights from the bed. a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast option.

During our New Year stay, we were pleased with the good size of the room at the hotel. The front desk staff was also helpful and friendly. We found the location of the hotel to be convenient, with it being close to the airport and within walking distance to a mall and metro station. In addition, the housekeeping at the hotel did an amazing job.

The waiters and waitresses at the breakfast buffet lacked customer service and seemed uninterested in their roles. The hotel itself appeared grubby, with marks on the curtains, carpet, and walls.

The concierge team, particularly one individual whose name unfortunately escapes me, were also lovely people.
