This place has an amazing location, right in the center of a crowded area. The service is exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, offering me a welcome drink. The room amenities are great, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a balcony. The leisure spa and wellness center is impressive, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna.

I had a slight issue with room service not always responding to my orders, but overall this hotel is highly recommended for families looking for great service and wonderful amenities, all at an affordable price.

Rooms are spacious, clean and with Baroque decor. There are many facilities available including an outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful, providing luggage assistance and room upgrades when available. Location is great for exploring the area. Service is exceptional, exceeding expectations.

The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh fruit and delicious pastries. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Plus, the location was perfect - just a short walk from the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Honestly, we couldn't find much to complain about. The only thing we noticed was that the room was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was still cozy and perfect for a romantic escape.

Great location in the city center with lots of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable with an enormous bath. Breakfast on the mezzanine level provided really good options.

The coffee at breakfast was excellent and made by a dedicated barista. The overflow room was inconveniently set up for large parties, but the hotel staff quickly found us a table. a pleasant stay.

The staff at the hotel, including the reception and room service, are extremely friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mr. Kamal Mahdi, the bill boy, for his exceptional assistance. The security and all other staff members are also very kind and accommodating. The grand deluxe room is spacious and well-maintained with adaptable AC. The pool and sauna facilities are clean and inviting. The EID brunch is exceptional, and the in-house sushi station is a must-try. The front desk manager, Mr. Fahad, showed great compassion and offered assistance when I mistakenly booked into the wrong hotel. a highly recommended hotel for a relaxing stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and cafes nearby, with an Indian restaurant a stone's throw away. The rooms are well-designed and very clean, with comfortable beds, well-stocked minibars, and nice toiletries in the bathrooms. The hotel's shuttle service is a bonus, while the on-site swimming pool is lovely and refreshing.

Some staff members at the hotel lacked adequate training in customer service and communication, leading to some confusion and dissatisfaction among guests.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a better suite upon check-in. The comfortable bed and spacious room made our stay even more relaxing. The interior design of the room was stunning, and the bathtub was large enough for a truly indulgent soak. we were impressed with the attention to detail and the willingness of the staff to make our stay the best it could be. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had an exceptional stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel. The exclusive amenities were fulfilled beyond our expectations, including a beautiful indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Spa with a variety of treatments. The Rooftop pool with sun loungers and breathtaking views provided a perfect spot to relax. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the impeccable stay. The poolside snack bar and restaurant offered tasty Halal food and special diet menus.

We only had one minor issue during our stay at this hotel. The location advantages were not as expected.

The staff were polite and helpful, especially the receptionist. The hotel had beautiful decorations throughout, even in the rooms. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and large. The universal charging device was a useful touch. a five-star experience.

Great location, two nice complementary perks, and one enjoyable amenity made up for the terrible stay. The hotel is situated in a central location which made moving around the city easy. I thank them for the free taxi service, and the hot cocoa drinks available on Christmas day. the gym was fantastic and well equipped with the latest machines.

I must report, it was worse than I imagined it'd be. The check-in was the first problem.
