The breakfast was as delicious as always, and I was upgraded to a creek view room once again. I was pleased to see that the hotel had addressed my previous complaint about the dirty glass windows - they were now sparkling clean.

Although my overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues. For instance, I encountered some corruption at the reception when a friend of mine wanted to visit me.

Luxurious rooms, good facilities, breathtaking views from rooftop pool. Standard-sized room, nice rooftop pool. Friendly and attentive staff. Ahmad Kahwaji provided excellent service upon arrival. Honest and thorough room freshening staff. No negative aspects mentioned.

I had a great stay here! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff was amazing, offering car hire and dry cleaning services, and the bell staff/porter was always available. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini-bar and in-room safe. The entertainment facilities were top-notch, including an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness studio. The rooftop pool was especially nice, with sun loungers and amazing views!

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

During our recent stay, we experienced the amazing management team at the hotel. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Additionally, the hotel's location in Deira was excellent, providing easy access to restaurants and taxi facilities. The swimming pool was a highlight, and the housekeeping staff were attentive and efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Christmas vibe was amazing! Lots of colorful decorations, happy carols and a very cozy feeling. the staff were the best, always helpful and smiling. We got two complementary drinks upon arrival and a sweet treat on our last day. the hotel is located at a key touristic area, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. And the bed was super comfortable, we had a great night's sleep!

The WiFi was a bit shaky. Sometimes it would work fine, but on other occasions it disconnected or was too slow.
