We had a fantastic stay at Mercure. the room was clean and comfy, and we loved the little kitchenette that came with it. the breakfasts were varied and delicious, and we enjoyed relaxing by the small but refreshing pool on the decked area. the hotel's location was super convenient, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

we really enjoyed the complementary pool with bar and terrace which was perfect for hot days. the location was also great and very convenient.

We did have some issues with the temperature control in the room, and it would have been nice to be able to adjust it ourselves. some of the toiletries in the bathroom were basic and not replenished regularly, which was a bit disappointing.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and even had a kitchenette which was perfect for our family with kids. The location was central and convenient for transportation, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast buffet was impressive and offered a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Mercure hotel in the centre of Toulouse. the staff were excellent, especially Mr Frederic and Mr Daniel at the reception, who went out of their way to assist us. the hotel facilities were clean and the location was perfect, as we could easily explore the city on foot without needing to use public transport. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
