We had an amazing stay at Shangri-La in Dubai. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They even accommodated our early check-in after a long flight. The view from our room on the 42nd floor was breathtaking and made for great photos. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The friendly service and excellent facilities surpassed our expectations. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to all of my requests. The breakfast had a great variety and the staff, especially Chef Sathar, went out of their way to make sure my children were taken care of. The rooms were luxurious and the hotel facilities, including the Horizon Club, were top-notch. The hotel is also conveniently located close to many of Dubai's popular attractions.

The service at the hotel was slow, with long check-in and checkout times. the staff also failed to provide the correct room type initially. the hotel facilities were in need of repair and the swimming pool was quite small. the hotel did not live up to its price tag and there were better options available.

As foreign tourists, we were thrilled with the complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa. The staff was incredibly attentive and allowed us to check in early. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the extra bed and amenities were provided promptly. The pool area was fantastic, and the hotel's location was convenient for shopping and dining. our stay at Shangri-La was fantastic, and we highly recommend it.

Great location on Sheikh Zayed Road. Exceptional and friendly staff. Didn't try room service, but wanted to. nice place to stay for a few days. Good WiFi for Zoom sessions. Stunning view from window. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade we received and the stunning view from the top floor. the breakfast buffet was delicious and filling, and the staff were accommodating and friendly. we appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the nearby mall.

some of the additional charges caused a bit of inconvenience and confusion. however, we had a positive experience and enjoyed our city trip.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, close to the metro station and attractions like Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall. We were particularly impressed by the helpfulness of the doorman, who always ensured our taxis were ready with a smile on his face. the hotel's attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quality of the food, was outstanding. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to major attractions and shopping areas.

One aspect that could be improved is the personalized service and attention to detail. When I arrived with a cold, I would have appreciated some anticipation and assistance in ordering remedies to my room.
