the inside pool was smaller than expected but well maintained. breakfast buffet could be larger.

This place suits me perfectly, offering amenities like a spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. On my first visit, the staff helped me find great dining options. I appreciate the thoughtful service from staff like Kelum, who made my stay special. I highly recommend trying the Asian restaurants. I’m definitely coming back for Christmas.

Amazing Service and Facilities!

So many choices, I didn't know where to start. Plus, the gym was super clean and had all the equipment I needed. Only thing was, the room felt a bit smaller with all my family stuff everywhere. Still, the staff made us feel like we were at home.

I enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop terrace with the stunning views of the skyline. The vibes were perfect for sipping on drinks and taking in the scenery. Mr Moeen from the concierge was a standout. He set up a memorable boat tour to see the landmarks. The staff maintained high hygiene standards, which made me feel comfortable during my stay. Being from New York, I appreciate a well-run place that keeps guests satisfied.

The Horizon Club is fantastic for families. the evening snacks are a hit with the kids. The location is perfect—close to major attractions like the mall and Downtown, making exploring the city incredibly easy. Our room had stunning skyline views that added to our experience.

Access in taxis can be tricky due to heavy traffic around the hotel.

shangri-la in dubai is an absoluteley disappointing experience. i waited forever for food at the mechlin restaurant, bodies abandoned at the lobby waiting for sandwiches, too. they should’ve given me a welcome drink as compensation for my terrible room with ventilation pipes as the view, but alas, nothing came. very unimpressed, indeed.

While my overall experience was nice, I did encounter a leaking bathroom, and the response regarding room changes was a bit rushed, causing some inconvenience just before check out.

We enjoyed the spacious and luxurious rooms, making it an ideal retreat after karaoke nights. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the mall and vibrant nightlife. The large swimming pool provided a serene escape to unwind and relax.

The only downside? The pool chairs seemed to be in a game of musical chairs—good luck finding a spot!

the hotel has a fantastic full service spa with great treatments. the beach access is a bit far.

We had a stunning suite on the 32nd floor with a killer view of the ocean and that iconic tower when the lights came on at night. The breakfast on the 41st floor was unbelievable, filled with options and served by a really friendly staff who made us feel at home.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain , but for what you get, it felt worth it.
