The hotel service was superb, from the cordial assistance at reception to the awesome services provided by the housekeeping and restaurant staff. The room was beautiful and cozy, leading us to extend our stay. The location was ideal, with a spacious beach and green fields, making it cozy and comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly Justine, left a good impression with a room upgrade and accommodating check-in and check-out.

I recently stayed at Sheraton for 3 weeks. The location was great, with a nice beach club and pool bar. The staff, including Barth at reception and Alastair and Camarri who looked after our room, were helpful and pleasant. The room had a stunning sea view and all necessary amenities. The dining staff provided faultless care and the food was very good. The beach bar had great prices for happy hour. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location right on the beach was the best aspect. We enjoyed easy access to the beach from the hotel garden, which provided a relaxing atmosphere. Unlike other hotels on Jumeirah beach, the area of the beach near this hotel was fairly quiet and not as busy. In addition, the hotel and rooms were very clean, and we loved the smart lobby area where we could relax. The hotel also had excellent facilities including a well-equipped gym, squash court, and a relaxing outdoor pool with a good pool bar. There were plenty of options for dining and shopping nearby, with a Starbucks opposite the hotel and a short walk taking us to the main shopping area and various restaurants. we highly recommend staying here for a short break or holiday.

As a budget traveler, I was thrilled with the variety of restaurants and bars available at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort. The selection was amazing, and I had a great time trying out different dining options. The staff was superb, always polite and ready to assist. The housekeeping team, Ripo and Wayan, did a fantastic job of keeping my room fresh and clean. I also loved having access to the Club Lounge, where I had a wonderful experience. Demi, who I had many conversations with about the Pods, was down to earth and showed amazing hospitality. The evening team, Suzuka and Mukul, were also great. the staff made my stay truly enjoyable.

I felt right at home at Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort and had no reason to complain.

As older individuals, we truly appreciated the spaciousness of the resort, allowing for plenty of sunbathing and relaxation. The Club lounge provided wonderful views, great service, tasty snacks, and complimentary happy hour drinks. The location was fantastic, right on the beach and just a short walk away from the vibrant evening activities. The Peacock Chinese restaurant served delicious food, and the overall service from the staff was friendly and professional. Our room, although slightly outdated, was incredibly clean, with solid wood furniture and thick walls. The hotel taxi was reasonably priced, and we even received an extra bed free of charge. The hotel had its own beach and beautiful trees, as well as the unique experience of feeding crows during breakfast. a warm and professional hotel that we would choose again on our next visit to JBR.
