The hotel room was lovely and spacious, with a large balcony. The maintenance and cleaning team were great. The service was amazing, with the team going above and beyond to accommodate. The location is great, with easy access to all Dubai attractions. The facilities and dining options are outstanding. Special thanks to the staff who facilitated our check-in process and made us feel like special clients. The hotel has a fabulous A/C, strong Wi-Fi, and lovely toiletries. The rooftop swimming pool has a great view. Hassan from the breakfast place was helpful and attentive.

This hotel is a great value for the money and has amazing rooms with all the necessary facilities, including balconies overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Its location near downtown, a metro station, and malls makes it convenient for all kinds of travelers. The staff is friendly and efficient and the breakfast is delicious with a stunning view.

The housekeeping service was exceptional, with the room being spotless and well presented. I also appreciated the friendly and welcoming valet staff. Despite some minor issues like waiting for room service and multiple elevators, overall I had a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at the SLS in Dubai for a few days and it was an incredible experience. The hotel has a modern and classy ambiance with a unique, hip twist. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, particularly Fayd and Rustum who went above and beyond to ensure a special stay. The view from the top infinity pool floor was absolutely stunning and definitely one of the best in town. The breakfast was delicious and the overall vibe of the hotel was fantastic. Despite being a bit farther away, the location is well worth it for the amazing experience.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a steam room and full body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. the infinity pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing during the day with comfortable sun loungers. the restaurant and in-room breakfast were top-notch, offering a variety of options including special diet menus.

We chose a hotel in a downtown area that is close to malls and the metro station. The room we were allocated had a great view and was fitted with modern appliances. We found the breakfast to be quite good and enjoyed the facilities like the pool and rooftop bar.

The parking was a bit of an issue as the valet system did not seem to be very efficient.

The restaurant's view was stunning and definitely one of the best aspects of the stay. the hotel offered complementary water bottles and other necessities, which was a nice touch. the location was also convenient and easy to access.

The check-in process was slow and disorganized, with long waiting times and limited staff. the lack of clear signage throughout the hotel made it difficult to navigate to the rooms.

The master bedroom with balcony at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is extraordinary. The unobstructed views of the sky are breathtaking! It made me feel like I was on top of the world. As a traveler who values serenity, this suite truly exceeded my expectations.

The breakfast options were limited, but that's just my personal preference.
