The Local House is a gem in Miami Beach. The lobby, bar/restaurant, and rooms are comfortable and cozy. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The beach is just across the street and provides free umbrellas and towels. The rooftop terrace offers a daily happy hour and a complimentary welcome drink. The beds are incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting SoBe.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location in the party place just below the window. The hotel had a lovely beach chic vibe, with a rooftop pool that was always empty and a great place to relax. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on-site was amazing, especially for breakfast and lunch. The beach was only a short walk away, with great walking paths and a park for people watching. we highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely room with beautiful bathroom and large terrace. Great restaurant downstairs, especially for breakfast and lunch. Close to the beach and walking paths, perfect for people watching. Front desk staff were fantastic, especially Ann. Complimentary bikes, towels, chairs, and umbrellas for guests.

During my stay over Christmas, I really liked the comfortable bed and spacious room size at this hotel. the hotel also had a great location, being situated at the quiet end of the main street and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops, and the beach. Additionally, the hotel provided beach towels and chairs for guests to use, which was a nice convenience.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like about this hotel. the lack of staff availability after 10 PM was a major inconvenience.

The breakfast, although not included, was worth splurging on. The hotel's location allowed us easy access to all the bars and restaurants on Ocean Drive.

The staff seemed a little confused about our reservation and wasn't very helpful at first. However, they quickly resolved the issue and even upgraded us to an ocean view room.
