It overlooked the river and provided a stunning sight of the surrounding areas. the club lounge access was a nice perk as it allowed me to enjoy complimentary coffee and evening drinks with canapes. the staff was attentive and responsive, ensuring that my needs were met promptly.

the room cleanliness was not up to par, with hair found in the bed and a broken towel rack. the pool left much to be desired as it appeared dirty and uninviting.

As adults, we loved the extra attention and upgrade offered by the reception staff. The executive suite with a bath was a great choice, and the included breakfast made it even better. The Club Lounge access was a highlight with its high-quality food and abundance of options. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The Club Room Suite was spacious, elegant, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The comfortable king bed, pillow menu, and separate living area and bedroom added to the overall luxury of the room. The breakfast, especially the Big breakfast, was delicious and filling. Pan Pacific Perth exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.
