There were some issues with the soundproofing in the rooms, which could potentially disrupt a business guest's stay.

the room cleanliness was not up to par, with hair found in the bed and a broken towel rack. the pool left much to be desired as it appeared dirty and uninviting.

The Club Room Suite was spacious, elegant, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The comfortable king bed, pillow menu, and separate living area and bedroom added to the overall luxury of the room. The breakfast, especially the Big breakfast, was delicious and filling. Pan Pacific Perth exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, close to Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park, two must-visit areas. The room was well-maintained with comfortable bedding and a spotless bathroom. The fantastic service exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast was delicious. The facility had many advantages, including a charming pool area and a pleasant sleep quality. It was clear that they are committed to being competitive in the hotel market.

The hotel lacked a well-stocked mini-bar, which was a slight inconvenience.

The gym operates 24/7 and has a good variety of exercise equipment. The swimming and sauna areas were well-maintained and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast and happy hour with canapés were delicious. The Christmas decorations created a festive atmosphere. The service from the staff, including Patrick and Milton, was friendly and efficient.

As longer term business travellers, we loved the central location in CBD, the stylish lobby, and the proximity to the Hop On-Hop Off Bus. The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful, and the big guy who carried our stuff was professional and went above and beyond. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch, and they even provided a phone charging cable. The room was incredible, with a huge bathroom, separate toilets and shower, dressing table, bathtub with a window to the bedroom. The assortment of free drinks and French press were delightful, and the interior design, desk, table, sofa. The river view from the window was stunning. 11/10.

The breakfast buffet at this hotel was fantastic, with plenty of delicious choices including a make-your-own juice station. The location was perfect for sightseeing and shopping. We had a great view of the river from our comfortable, large bed. Despite some minor issues, we would recommend this hotel overall.

We were impressed with the value for money as we had an amazing room upgrade with beautiful views and spacious bathrooms. The staff were really friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the included breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

The check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but everything else during our stay was ok.

the outdoor heated swimming pool was an exclusive treat with a magnificent view. This hotel's location is perfect, surrounded by popular tourist sites. The staff were very polite and welcoming, the bar area was cozy, and the snacks served there were delicious. Cons: One minor issue was there was only one restaurant available, and the in-room breakfast was not an option.

The new year's celebration was pretty good, and the complimentary champagne and snacks were a nice touch. the hotel's central location made it convenient to get around the city and explore. the room had a great view of the urban skyline and was spacious enough for two.

The furniture and decor were outdated and in need of repair, with visible stains on the walls and carpets. the heating in the room was also erratic, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Special mention to Mr Ashraf, the duty manager, who went above and beyond by helping us find Halal meals during Ramadan. the river view from our room was breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. We appreciated being able to adjust the air conditioning temperature to our liking.
