My room at The First Collection Business Bay was superb! The King Sized bed and the extra-large balcony with a breathtaking Burj Khalifa view made me feel like a VIP. The premium amenities and in-room technologies were just what I needed as a business traveler.

I found having only one bathroom in the suite a bit inconvenient for my preference.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with supermarkets and dry cleaners nearby. The restaurant had a lively atmosphere and the staff at the main reception were welcoming. I enjoyed dining in the restaurant, where I could hear the feedback from other guests. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony and facilities like a pool and gym.

The hotel itself was immaculately clean and provided all necessary amenities. The breakfast at the Vyne restaurant was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The entire staff was courteous and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The location was not ideal, as it was difficult to find taxis. The breakfast area could get crowded if you didn't arrive early, and the half board option had a set menu for lunch and dinner.

Despite some minor drawbacks, such as limited TV channels and slightly higher prices, the hotel's stunning views, professional staff, pristine rooms, and excellent location made our stay truly enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel.
