Not only was the location convenient, but the services provided were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP with a warm welcome and a refreshing welcome drink. The room amenities included a soundproofed room, an in-room safe, and mini-bar which made my stay all the more comfortable. The housekeeping staff kept the room immaculate, and the room service was available 24/7. The leisure spa & wellness center was a great way to unwind with a sauna, heated swimming pool, and massage treatments. The rooftop pool and sun terrace provided a great view of the surrounding area, and the garden furniture made it a great place to relax. The dining options at the restaurant were impressive, and the poolside snack bar was a great place to enjoy a drink or bite to eat.

The room at Anantara was spacious, well-decorated and had great views. The breakfast was exceptional with plenty of options. The highlight of the stay was the service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We had an issue with the air conditioner in the middle of the night, and the staff immediately resolved it. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel located in the developing business district in Dubai. The staff were amazing, especially Joven at breakfast who was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar had lovely views and the breakfast had so many options to choose from, including a la carte options. The multi-cuisine breakfast was also excellent value for the price.

We spent our New Year at a hotel that had some great aspects. we were delighted to receive complementary drinks and snacks upon check-in, which added to our excitement of the holiday. we were impressed by the hotel's central location in the heart of the city, giving us easy access to explore all the city had to offer. Lastly, we really enjoyed the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city's skyline.

There were some aspects that detracted from our experience. Our room was small and lacked basic amenities such as a fridge and a coffee maker, which would have made our stay more comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel to find our room beautifully decorated with balloons and a cake to celebrate my mother's birthday. The thoughtful gestures continued throughout our stay, from rose petal baths to daily treats for my mother. The staff at Anantara truly went above and beyond to make us feel special. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of cuisines, and the quality of the food was excellent. The housekeeping staff kept our room clean and tidy, even organizing our belongings. The centralized tipping system was convenient and ensured that all staff members were recognized for their hard work. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, hospitality, and luxury.

Here is a luxurious hotel that exceeded our expectations. The Sun terrace provided the perfect backdrop for enjoying a leisure book and the convenient location made it easy to explore the city. The Swimming pool was a highlight, spacious and attractive with plenty of Sun loungers available, the perfect spot for making the most out of our stay. The Restaurant served a delectable selection of beautiful dishes and the staff provided attentiveness and exemplary service that we appreciated.

Sadly, the Spa & wellness centre was not as expected, the Body wraps did not deliver and the sauna was too small, unable to accommodate the guests. Nevertheless, the staff tried their best to make the experience enjoyable, so all in all we had a satisfactory stay, with our other expectations being exceeded and fulfilled.
