The suite was incredibly spacious and felt like a home away from home. The living room was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the private balcony offered the most stunning views of the Arabian Gulf.

Some may find the partial view of the Arabian Gulf from the balcony less impressive.

Wonderful pool and daily retreat activities. Some limitations on in-room amenities, which require repeated calls to service staff. Beautiful resort with a top-notch experience. Would definitely recommend!

Special Birthday Surprise. During our stay, we celebrated my husband's birthday at the hotel. While the hotel didn't acknowledge the occasion, Rayya Wellness Center went above and beyond to make it memorable with a thoughtful surprise. It definitely felt like a hidden gem amidst the slower-paced service.

Slow Service

Our family had an incredible time at the world's first Rayya Wellness Centre, where we indulged in holistic rejuvenation and wellness activities, perfectly combining relaxation and healthy living. The Rayya Kids' Club also hosted fun and educational summer camps for the kids, providing a memorable experience for them while we enjoyed some tranquil moments as a couple.

My kids wished for more diverse activities at the Rayya Kids' Club to cater to a wider range of interests.

The hotel is family-friendly with impeccable cleanliness and undivided attention from staff. The live cooking and themed dinners at the functional restaurant are top-notch. Complimentary bottles of water are provided to keep guests hydrated. The massage services are great for those in need of relaxation. The kids club is well-staffed. The vegan pancakes and almond milk cappuccinos are particularly noteworthy.

Check-in can be problematic with long wait times.

This hotel is in a great location right on the beach, with stunning views of the skyline. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a balcony perfect for relaxing. The breakfast offered many varied options to suit all dietary requirements.

All was ok.

The service at Mgallery was exceptional. One evening, our room phone wasn't working, and we had to call the main number of the hotel. The employee who answered was kind and enthusiastic, and he quickly resolved our issue. His excellent service put a smile on our faces. Additionally, the breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious and the staff was amazing. The property itself was fine and we enjoyed the private beach, gym, and spa. I highly recommend Mgallery for a pleasant stay.

There were some minor drawbacks during our stay. The pool area was a bit crowded and we had to wait for available seats.

The private beach access was amazing. The beach towels were fresh and clean, the water sports were affordable and fun. Even though the pool was small, it was refreshing, clean, and had sufficient seating. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of vegan options. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the balcony was spacious with a great view. I had a great stay at Mgallery. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Air conditioning not working.

Always a delight here. The staff kindly guided me to attractions on my first visit. This place has it all: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, room service; spa, fitness, beach, sports; amazing amenities. Returning for Easter can't wait!

My room faced a construction site with constant drilling, resulting in early morning disturbances. the hotel's location at the further extremity of the Palm made transportation to other areas time-consuming.

I selected this hotel for attending a summit because it provides two elegant modern conference rooms, both of which can be configured to suit your personal requirements. The facilities were well-maintained and conducive for productive meetings, making it easier for me to focus on my work during the summit.

One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated business center with professional support staff to assist with any last-minute printing or administrative needs.

We absolutely loved our stay here - the location on the beach at the Palm is stunning, and we enjoyed watching the skyline of Marina City right in front of us. The service was impeccable, with staff who were super friendly and always went out of their way to deliver great service. The room was spacious, with all the amenities we needed and more. What stood out most to us was how the staff made amazing efforts to keep every guest feeling as if they were the only one in the hotel.
