We had an incredible family stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi! The facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the well-equipped gym. The hotel grounds offered a variety of dining options, all serving delicious food. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with special surprises planned by the Guest Relations Manager. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We recently stayed at an elegant hotel that greatly exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient, with easy access to beautiful grassy areas and the spectacular Grand Mosque. We were blown away by the luxurious rooms and impeccable service from friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the spa was a divine experience. The rooms were quiet and we slept so well. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and the stunning view from our balcony. an exceptional hotel with amazing amenities.

Some of the dining options could have been better, especially the lack of variety for half board guests.

This hotel is great value for money, with prices that are quite reasonable. The staff pays attention to detail and the location by the open sea is beautiful. The service is fantastic, and basic amenities are provided. The rooms are always kept clean, with lovely bedding for a note. The clean baths are a highlight and the breakfast is delicious, with alcoholic drinks provided from 12 midday to 8pm. The views of the gardens are lovely.

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal exceeded our expectations with its wonderful service, perfect location, and amazing facilities. We enjoyed the beautiful heated swimming pool and delicious breakfast with plenty of food choices. we highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our New Year’s stay with two wonderful complementary facts and the hotel’s fabulous location, great for exploring the surrounding area. The rooftop bar was an excellent choice to watch the fireworks on New Year’s Eve, and the breakfast buffet was a delicious and diverse start to each day.

The hotel’s pool area was overcrowded, and we had trouble finding any available loungers. the staff at the pool bar were not very attentive, and it often took a long time to get a drink.

Child-friendly pool, helpful staff, spacious hotel grounds, professional atmosphere, amazing manager, welcoming clubhouse.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were impressed by the exclusive amenities it offered. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to fulfill our needs. The Spa & wellness center was top-notch, with a wide range of treatments like full body massages, facials, and Turkish baths. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace and a garden area with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Entertainment was also excellent, with a poolside snack bar, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge area offering halal food and special diet menus.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, we did encounter a minor issue with the outdoor dining area. However, the problem was quickly resolved by the staff.

Quiet location near Sheikh Zayed Mosque. Modern and prestigious furnishings. Wide variety of restaurants and activities. Excellent room space and service. Delicious breakfast buffet.

The staff at the restaurant could have been a bit more attentive and interactive considering the money we were paying for the service. However, overall, this place is highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

The Spa centre had a variety of treatments and the massage was relaxing. Halal food was available in the restaurant and the poolside snack bar which had a variety of choices. The venue was in a great location, directly opposite the mosque with stunning views at sunset.

There was one minor issue at this hotel, the noise level was a little high due to many families with children.
