the restaurant service was a total disaster, I felt more ignored than welcomed. the food could have been better, considering the price. additionally, I almost expected a room upgrade or some complimentary gesture for the inconveniences but received nothing. I wanted to give a good review, but it was just not possible with all these issues.

The breakfast buffet was a standout, featuring a delightful assortment of freshly made pastries, local cheeses, and healthy options.

We encountered issues with the internet. it was only reliable in the lobby during the later part of our stay, making it difficult for us to plan further travel.

Jacuzzi jets were disappointing after a long hike.

The views of Zugspitze were breathtaking, and exploring the hiking trails was exhilarating. Plus, the swimming in the lake was surprisingly warm! Our family suite had plenty of space, and the giant chess was a fun touch for the kids.

The spa area was well-equipped but experienced some maintenance delays. Overall, a relaxing experience with fantastic staff helping us throughout our stay.

Had a lovely escape! The rooms are spacious, and who knew a short lakeside walk could feel so luxurious? The dining has some tasty salads, which I thoroughly enjoyed!

Now the buffet—let's just say the food had more 'personality' than taste. And as for the buffet being overcooked, I thought we were having a campfire not a dinner!
