Upon check-in, the staff offered a free upgrade and a late check-out. Jose, the gentleman at reception, was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide selection and an egg station. The staff were very helpful and easy to book with. The pool was relaxing and the hotel had modern facilities.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel, where our every need was met with exclusive amenities. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre was an oasis of relaxation. With both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, and a beauty treatment centre, we were able to unwind completely.

While the hotel was beautiful, we did encounter a minor issue with the restaurant - the dinner was not up to our expectations. However, the breakfast buffet more than made up for it, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location was great, and we were able to easily explore the area. The staff provided excellent service, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel also had a wonderful spa with a variety of treatments available, a swimming pool, and a children's play area. The restaurant had a huge selection of delicious food, and the breakfast was especially impressive.

During our stay, we were impressed by how close the hotel was to downtown, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and appreciated the thoughtful offer of free tickets to a show. The bar and lounge area were also fantastic, with amazing views of the city.

The wait time for valet parking could be improved.

The hotel is in a good area with a nice view and rooms with nice facilities, including the biggest round bed ever. The staff is polite and attentive, and the breakfast has so many delicacies with hot items cooked to order.

The in-dining service charged an exorbitant fee of AED 30,00 for a bucket of ice, which is completely unreasonable and not in line with other Hilton hotels. The lack of amenities in the room, such as a toothbrush and shaving set, was also disappointing.
