Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. At breakfast, the service team seemed overwhelmed, and one staff member was quite rude, which made for an uncomfortable start to the day. Additionally, we were disappointed when we were not given the room we initially booked, which added to our frustration. The breakfast selection felt lacking, and I expected more given the hotel's overall appeal.

I even celebrated my birthday there, and the staff acknowledged it, making me feel special. Only a few inconveniences with the Internet occurred, but they did not take away from my overall enjoyment.
