Great price, central location and friendly staff at Istay Hotel. We enjoyed the convenient access to taxis right at the door. The room was quiet, clean, and the staff was willing to make adjustments to make our stay comfortable. We also loved the delicious breakfast buffet at the nice restaurant located off the lobby, especially the custom grill. I would recommend this hotel for its value and location.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the central location of the hotel. It was perfect for exploring the city and being close to all the main attractions. Another positive aspect was that breakfast was included in the stay, which was a nice bonus and saved us money. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with any information or assistance we needed.

One of the drawbacks of the hotel was the malfunctioning elevators. They were slow and often didn't work properly, causing delays and frustration.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location of this hotel is superb, right in the middle of downtown where there are plenty of great restaurants, places to go shopping, and so much to do and see. We loved how convenient it was to buy snacks, street food, local restaurants, and clothes right in the commercial area. Plus, all the major attractions were within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city.

I recently stayed at Istay Hotel and had a wonderful experience. My travel purpose was to explore the city and I stayed for three nights. The staff was very courteous, despite the language barrier. They made sure to provide excellent service despite not speaking English. One great feature was the free underground parking garage, which gave me peace of mind knowing my vehicle was safe. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and kept our two rooms spotless. The strong wifi signal was a bonus and made it easy for me to stay connected. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with everything within walking distance.

The room had all the necessary amenities - comfy bed, clean room, desk, wifi, and fridge. The shower was great with hot water and good power. The mountain views were beautiful and it was nice to have the option to open the window for fresh air. The aircon worked well. The location was excellent, with walking distance to major attractions, bars, and restaurants. Room service had a nice choice of meals until 10pm. The rooms were always clean, and the cleaning staff was courteous. The wifi signal was strong. The Montana restaurant served great food, and the receptionists, especially Yessika and Ximena, were the best.

Had a nice Christmas break in the downtown area. Great complementary breakfast and happy hour drinks. the location is perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Loved the rooftop pool with an outstanding view of the city.

The elevators were often slow and crowded, and the carpets had an unpleasant smell in some areas. the parking garage was quite tight and difficult to maneuver in.

Convenient location, affordable price, delicious food/coffee, comfortable bed/work space, great shower/view, fresh air.
