The staff were brilliant with a cool attitude. Close proximity to amenities - pool, gym, dining, lobby, lifts. Perfect and well thought out, great for business. The Salmon at the restaurant is the best my wife has ever had. The breakfast spread is legendary, truly a 6-star rated spread. The Johnny Walker shop sells quality whisky at downtown prices. Valet parking is highly appreciated.

The Sheraton in Kampala is a fun and engaging property, with a 5-star experience. The General Manager, Jean Philippe, is highly involved and the staff is extremely nice, attentive, and focused on providing a great customer experience. The atmosphere created by the staff is elevated and makes the stay one of the best. The welcome was excellent, with a complimentary upgrade and access to the Club Lounge, a true treat. The location is perfect, and some of the staff, especially at the Equator Bar and the breakfast hall, are exceptional.

The noise level was unbearable at times, especially during the nights. the hotel is located near a bar, and the loud music and revelry from the property next door made it difficult to sleep.

The hotel's gardens were absolutely beautiful and provided a magical setting for the St Patrick's Day Ball that we attended. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, from the General Manager to the housekeeping team. They were efficient, courteous, and attentive to all our needs. the food served at the hotel was top-notch, including the exceptional meal we had at the ball. the head chef, Alexander, is incredibly talented and his menus are imaginative, utilizing local produce to create delicious dishes.

The swimming pool area became quite busy and noisy, especially during the weekend we were there, due to outside children's parties. It would have been nice to have a quieter and more relaxing pool experience.
