The location of the hotel by the lake allows for a nice walk to town and there is a great outdoors playground nearby. The main bar area provides a pleasant atmosphere to relax and enjoy a drink. The rooms are comfortable with clean and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff who provide excellent service. The breakfast is tasty and arrives quickly at the table.

The rooftop bar and garden, which was one of the reasons for choosing the hotel, was unexpectedly closed both nights.

Spacious bedroom, daily room service, delicious breakfast and evening menu. Comfortable bed, clean room with neat bathroom and balcony. Wide variety of TV channels, functional AC. Excellent staff, helpful and cheerful. Charming town with lakeside walks and playgrounds. Nearby supermarket for any needs. Perfect hosts, affordable salon services available.

My stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel was absolutely amazing. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also beautifully furnished with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel's location on the outskirts of town provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, away from all the hustle and bustle. The restaurant in the hotel called the Abbey had delicious food and a wide variety of options to choose from. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to my needs. I also enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which offered a range of relaxing treatments and facilities such as a sauna and sun terrace. this place provided top-notch comfort and quality services that made my stay truly memorable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Wonderful spa experience! We requested a mini fridge in our room in advance and the staff happily accommodated our request. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious, and the location was excellent. Despite a minor issue with slow service in the restaurant, the food was delicious. We felt safe with the implemented safety measures. The hotel even welcomed us with a generous bowl of fruit and water. we highly recommend Lough Rea Hotel And Spa for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel was decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. There were complementary mince pies and hot chocolate upon arrival at the hotel which was a nice touch. the hotel had a lovely view from our room and it was in a great location for exploring the local area.

The staff were not very welcoming and made us feel unwelcome. the room was not very clean and the bed was uncomfortable.
