the apartment exceeded our expectations, providing more space than what was shown in the pictures. the kitchen and laundry facilities were fully equipped, making it convenient for our family of five. the rooms were clean and well-segmented, allowing for a bit of privacy. the location on a quaint street was perfect - not too noisy, yet close to cafes, public transport, and shops. We also appreciated the access being done through a mobile app, although relying solely on our phones for entry did have its drawbacks.

The key was difficult to use and the app for accessing the apartment was slow. the bathroom was small and not very convenient to use.

The location of this accommodation is ideal, being only a short walk away from Russell's square tube station. It is situated in a quiet area, surrounded by peaceful surroundings. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a nice bathroom and prompt service.

The lack of drapes on the kitchenette window can make it challenging to fall asleep with all the light, disrupting a good night's rest.
