The fact that there was a private car park at the back of the hotel was a bonus for me as I had my own car, and the best part was that there was no cost to park. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful, providing me with a map of the streets and answering all my queries. The rooms, though small, had everything I needed in terms of comfort and cleanliness. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quietness of the room, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and very clean, with nice bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. I especially appreciated having a bathtub, as well as tea/coffee making facilities and an iron and ironing board. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, as it was central for Ballymena and close to where we needed to go. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the food was constantly being refreshed, making it a delicious and satisfying meal.

One small improvement that could be made at this hotel is the soundproofing, as the rooms could be a bit noisy due to traffic noise from the road and other guests slamming doors.

Spent an amazing New Year's Eve at this charming hotel. Loved the staff, incredibly friendly and attentive. Delicious food with generous servings. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops and local attractions.

The view from the room wasn't great, but this was insignificant compared to the enjoyable experience we had. it would have been great to have complimentary water in the room and for the TV reception to be improved.

They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had, which made our experience much more enjoyable. the food at the hotel's restaurant was excellent. We tried a variety of dishes from their menu and each one was flavorful and well-prepared. the bar area was also a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

One major downside to our stay was the issue we experienced with the toilet on the second floor. Unfortunately, the flushing mechanism seemed to be faulty on this floor, causing us some inconvenience and frustration.
