Although this place has many positive aspects, the staff seem like they need a lot more training in hospitality. It was evident that some of them were confused and lacked an understanding of their job roles.

The new year celebration had some complimentary bubbly and festive hats, which added some cheer. the location was convenient, just a short drive away from some nice attractions. the breakfast was a highlight, with a good selection of hot and cold options.

We had to wait ages for our drinks and then our food, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. the room had some issues, such as a broken iron and a fridge that didn't work.
